COLUMBUS, Ohio, Oct. 29, 2024–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Aliza Ali, with 15 years of experience in federal contracting, has been selected to lead government business development for Battelle’s healthcare business. I got it.
Ali specializes in business development, acquisitions and propositions in support of federal programs across the healthcare continuum from bench to bedside. She has worked with clients requiring services in healthcare, research and analytics, health IT, preparedness and response, and public health.
In your new role, you will manage customer relationships, mature opportunities, and support new business growth for your healthcare team.
She will focus on opportunities to translate Battelle’s deep expertise in chemistry, biology and materials science to enable improvements in human health and performance in federal contracts across relevant markets. Specific areas of focus include the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the Department of Defense (DOD), and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). She primarily oversees the entire business development lifecycle in the federal sector, and more recently has also been involved in state, local, and commercial markets.
Previously, he was Vice President of Business Development at Optum Serve, Client Executive at Leidos, and Business Development/Capture Lead at Lockheed Martin.
Ali holds an MBA from the University of Maryland.
