Some businesses in John’s Pass remain standing after flooding from Hurricane Helen caused widespread destruction. As the hurricane swept through the town, shops were destroyed and the boardwalk was lined with debris. Dylan Hubbard spoke to ABC Action News reporter Lydia Vasquez about the incident in detail.
