Lighthouse, a market intelligence platform, has acquired HQ Revenue, a Berlin-based company that also specializes in market data.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the statement said the acquisition would “accelerate investment and innovation” for both the company’s bottom line and Lighthouse (formerly OTA Insight) customers.
This is the fifth acquisition for Lighthouse, which earlier this year announced the acquisition of Stardekk, allowing it to expand into the distribution space.

The statement added that the headquarters’ revenue capture is part of Lighthouse’s strategy to integrate platforms to “deliver next-generation commercial platforms.”
