Origination and outstanding outstanding mortgage loans for single-family homes (1990 to 2nd quarter of 2011)
Statistics for conventional and government-insured loans, and fixed-rate and adjustable-rate mortgages within each of those sectors. Conventional loans are also divided into jumbo loans and non-jumbo loans.
